What a fabulous idea!

The delightful ladies over at Cupcakes Take the Cake reported yesterday about a bakery in Sarasota, Florida (Cupcakes a Go-Go) that has come up with the idea of naming August 5-9 'Bring Your Cupcake To Work Week'! How marvelous is that? And what a great opportunity to feature one of our glass cupcakes in a prominent spot in your workplace!

Heather Trimlett at Penland

Our good buddy Heather Trimlett is teaching a class at the Penland School of Crafts in Penland, NC this week. What a treat! Penland School of Crafts is a national center for craft education located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Heather's first experience at Penland was teaching with Dinah way back in 2002. Two things in life that everyone should experience are Heather's colorful, creative glass beads and the Penland School of Crafts.
